HOW SOON CAN I GET MY ORDER?

Boston coasters, ornaments, and magnets will ship within 2 business days of placing your order, anywhere in the U.S., for a flat rate of $3.75.

Once your design is set, a custom brand takes 3 weeks to order. It can be rushed in 3-5 business days for an additional cost. Based on the quantity of pieces, we can estimate production and delivery time.

MY COASTERS LOOK DIFFERENT FROM THE IMAGES I SEE HERE. WHATS UP WITH THAT?

Our pieces are one-of-a-kind—so no two will look exactly alike. Each piece of wood we use is created from a recently felled tree, which results in natural differences in grain, texture, coloring and size. That said, we try to pair up coasters that are as similar as possible for each set.

If you are ever unsatisfied with the quality of the work, we will ship you a replacement set, at no additional cost to you.

WHAT IS THE COST OF a custom BRAND?

The brands are made of 5/8” solid brass, and are laser-etched to provide an exact duplicate of your artwork. Pricing starts at $185, or more, depending on the complexity of your design. Contact us for a quote.

Once the brand is purchased, you own it. We can hold it for you for future orders, or mail it back with your products.

HOW LARGE CAN THE custom BRAND BE?

Based on the circumference of the wood selected for your project, the branded image can be as large as 3.5” x 3.5”. We work with you to ensure the image fits nicely within the piece.

WHAT ARE THE SIZES OF THE WOOD PIECES?

Coasters can range from 3.75” to 4.5”. Magnets and ornaments are usually 2.5” to 3.25”. We can confirm sizing when you place your order and select your wood.

can i choose my own material?

Yes. When you place your order, select your preferred wood from the drop-down menu. If there’s a type of wood not offered, make a note and we can try to source it for you.

I found some wood in my yard, do you want it?

Only if it’s newly felled and in good condition. We only use freshly cut wood, so if you have a tree with special meaning, we can try to work with you during the removal to help you turn it into a special memory.

Angie’s eager to learn, but she’s not allowed to use the mitre saw for the simple reason she has no thumbs. We keep telling her, you need thumbs to run the mitre saw.
